Returns
We have an 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item has shipped to request a return through our website or contacting us at support@femmecheval.com! Returns will only be accepted if your clothing item is in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
There is a shipping & handling fee of $10.95 for all returns. This will be deducted from your refund.
NO RETURNS ON ACCESSORIES (hats, etc.)
Exchanges
There is also an 14-day window to request an exchange for your purchase. There is a shipping & handling fee of $10.95 for all exchanges.
Store Credit
Customers have 30 days to request a return for store credit!
There is a shipping & handling fee of $10.95 for all exchanges. This will be deducted from your store credit.
Return Process
Returns can be processed on our website or contacting us at support@femmecheval.com. If your return is accepted, our team will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your item back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 5 days of receiving your item) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on limited-releases, sale items, or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Return fees will be covered by the buyer. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
